As part of preparing to welcome our first pilgrims onto the Peak Wesley Way, we have been busy holding open days in our newly refurbished chapels. It has been greatly encouraging to have a constant stream of people in each chapel keep to hear more about our plans, see what preparations we have been making, and in some cases volunteering to join our team.
Equally exciting have been the conversations about future community social events we could organise to bring villages together, and the offers of support for these. Comments people wrote down for us included:
